Session Description
This session invites contributions focusing on the application of clumped and triple oxygen isotope analyses in Quaternary marine and continental sedimentary archives, including soils, paleosols, lacustrine, and fluvial systems. We welcome studies that utilize these advanced isotopic tools to reconstruct paleotemperatures, hydrological changes, evaporation signals, and continental paleoenvironmental conditions. Contributions integrating isotope data with stratigraphy, sedimentology, or modeling approaches to refine our understanding of Quaternary climate dynamics are especially encouraged. Interdisciplinary and methodological advances are also of interest.
